Zalat Pizza
Opening Jan 31st. At Zalat most everything is made from scratch (even the dough) to fresh sauce with oven-roasted Roma tomatoes and fresh basil. Zalat uses 100% beef pepperoni and the most delicious cheese they can get their hands on. In fact, the concept pays more for cheese than they do in rent every month!
Vidorra (Mexican)
Coming to the harbor area, Vidorra 'Cocina de Mexico' is a modern Mexican restaurant that celebrates culture through authentic dishes, bold cocktails and a highly energized environment. The name translates to “the good life” which is embodied in the heart and soul of any Vidorra experience.
HTeaO
A Texas-based tea bar that offers iced tea. The company was founded in 2018 and it offers 27 flavors of iced tea, including sweet and unsweetened options. HTeaO uses all-natural flavors and cane sugar as a sweetener.

The Downing Bottles & Bites (Re-Opened)
Rockwall native, Chef David Hoffman, and his wife, restaurant and wine industry veteran Jenni Hoffman, opened The Downing Bottles & Bites to bring their experience and expertise home to Downtown Rockwall. When you stop in, you'll be greeted by our retail and tasting area, where you can purchase wine and craft beer by the bottle to enjoy at home.
Culpepper Cattle Co. (Re-Opened)
Culpepper Cattle Co., a Rockwall favorite since 1982, reopens on September 29 under UNCO hospitality (known for Leela’s and HG SPLY CO.). Led by Rockwall's Elias Pope, UNCO co-CEO, this revival maintains the original steakhouse's river rock lodge feel, while adding fresh Tex-Mex and USDA prime steaks to the classic Texas menu for a modern twist.
